I love collaborating with fellow visionaries. It becomes a nuclear reactor of creativity.

Jess contacted me in late 2016 about possibly collaborating with her on her upcoming house concert tour. At that time, she didn’t know exactly what the tour was going to look like, but knew she wanted to work with me to create a documentary of it. I was all in. Tentative plans were made and I began to pool together elements of inspiration.

1500 miles from Houston to Los Angeles

I flew into Houston to meet up with Jess in early July of 2017. After three shows in three days in the Houston area, we road tripped out to Los Angeles. Along the way we made stops in Austin, White Sands National Monument in New Mexico and Joshua Tree National Park in California – 10 days of pure unadulterated travel, exploring and creativity. We shot multiple music videos, had photoshoots on the side of empty West Texas highways and filmed a ton for the documentary.
